What warranty comes with my repair?

Every repair includes a 6-month warranty on Apple devices and a 12-month warranty on Samsung devices, covering parts and labour. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we fix it free. See our full warranty and returns policy for the complete terms.

How do I find out which iPhone I have?

Go to Settings, General, About, Model Name. On older models the model number is printed on the back or in the SIM tray. See our device guide for step-by-step instructions for iPhone, Samsung, iPad and MacBook.

Do you use genuine parts?

We use OEM-grade and genuine parts sourced from certified suppliers. For Apple devices we offer genuine Apple service parts where available, clearly labelled in your quote.

Will I lose my data during a repair?

No. Screen, battery, and most hardware repairs don't touch your data. For motherboard or water-damage repairs we recommend a backup first, and we offer professional data recovery if needed.

Can I book online and get a discount?

Yes. When you book online, our system compares every qualifying offer and automatically applies the one that saves you the most. Only one offer applies per transaction, so discounts never stack. The applied offer and any offers held back are shown on your quote and your booking confirmation.

What if my device can't be repaired?

If diagnostics show the device is beyond economical repair, there's no charge for the diagnostic. We'll offer a trade-in value toward a refurbished replacement or a data-recovery service.

How does your price match guarantee work?

We'll match any lower price from a local Sydney repair shop with a physical storefront address. Just show us a published price or a written quote from the last 7 days. The price match applies to like-for-like repairs using comparable parts and warranty terms.
